EXOTIC PLANTS

Wollemia nobilis
The Wollemi pine is an evergreen coniferous tree that boasts a tall, slender crown in its native habitat. In spring, the light green new growth gradually darkens as the growing season progresses. Both male and female cones can be found on the same tree, with the female cones being nearly spherical and the male cones appearing catkin-like.
Dicksonia antarctica
Dicksonia are among the oldest plants on the planet, existing even before dinosaurs and long before flowering plants evolved. The magnificent tree fern specimens found in natural forests of Australia and New Zealand can be several centuries old.

Astelia 'Red Shadow'
This exquisite foliage plant will introduce a pop of colour, as well as structure and form, to your patio or planting scheme. The long, strap-shaped leaves boast a rich bronze-red hue and are arranged in a gently splayed cluster. Ideal for gravel, contemporary, or Mediterranean-style gardens, Astelia 'Red Shadow' has a relatively compact growth habit, making it perfectly suited for a large pot.
Yucca rostrata
This tree-like shrub can grow to about 3.5 meters in height, featuring one or more woody stems and a nearly spherical rosette of narrow, smooth, spine-tipped blue-green leaves. The flowering stalk can reach up to 1.5 meters and produces white flowers in the summer or autumn.

Pseudopanax 'Dark Star'
Pseudopanax 'Dark Star' thrives in well-draining, fertile soil and performs best in sunny or partially shaded positions. Hardy only freezing, it will need winter protection in colder but grows well outdoors in milder climates. Ideal for coastal gardens, it also makes an excellent container plant, easily moved into a greenhouse or conservatory during winter if necessary. Be sure to avoid overwatering to keep it looking its best.
