FERNERY CHRISTMAS FEAST NIGHT:

Date: Friday, 13th December

        •       Time: Arrival at 6:00 PM, Start at 6:30 PM

        •       Price: £45.00 per person

        •       Includes: Mulled wine on arrival, luxury Christmas cracker, and our delicious Christmas menu. Coffee & mince pie.

MENU:

Starters

- Farmhouse Pâté with red onion marmalade & toasted sourdough.

- Smoked salmon & prawn cocktail served with granary bread and Netherend butter.  

-Garlic & Parmesan arancini on a bed of salad with a sweet chilli sauce. 

- Spiced Sweet Potato & Coconut Soup.

Main Courses

- Hand-Carved Turkey with traditional sage & onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and pan gravy

- Roasted Topside of Beef with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and pan gravy

- Roasted Vegetable Wellington with herb & tomato sauce, roast potatoes, and seasonal vegetables

- Seared Fillet of Sea Bass with creamy wine & prawn sauce, roast potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.

Desserts

- Traditional Christmas Pudding served with eggnog cream

- Amaretto Cheesecake on a chocolate digestive base, topped with toasted almond flakes 

- Homemade Sherry Trifle

- British Cheeseboard with a selection of British cheeses, savoury biscuits, chutney, celery, grapes, and mince pies.

-Coffee with mince pie.
