Christmas Dinner Feast in the Fernery - 12th December.

Join us and celebrate the season with an incredible Christmas feast from the Fernery.

The menu, to choose from:

Starters:

• Carrot and ginger soup with rustic bread

• Deep fried Camembert with an orange and cranberry sauce

• Smoked mackerel pate with toasted and a Christmas chutney

• Prawn cocktail with brown bread and butter

For the main course:

• Traditional roast turkey with chestnut and sage stuffing, pig in blanket and gravy

• Roast topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding and gravy

• Cranberry. brie and mushroom wellington with a sherry and mushroom sauce

• Salmon fillet with a white wine, prawn and cream sauce

  
  

  All served with maple roast parsnip, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetable.

Dessert options:

• Christmas pudding with baileys cream

• Traditional sherry trifle

• Honeycomb and toffee cheesecake

• Candied pecan meringue

• Selection of cheese with artisan crackers
