Join us here at Leaf with Sophie Remedy for focussed sessions looking at the practical aspects of cultivation, botany and essentially growing your own natural remedies. We will be inviting you to experience working with the plants. Enjoy tea-tasting and sampling of the various different preparations. We will talk about the benefits of all parts of the plants and the cultivation and growing of the specimen.
