About the Event
Our Kokedama workshop will last one hour and is perfect for plant-lovers.
We can also cater for team-building events in groups of up to 20.
The word Kokedama literally means ‘moss ball’, moss ‘koke' and ball 'dama', in Japanese. The idea originates from Japan where it is a combination of ‘nearai’ translating to ‘root wash’ but meaning ‘no pot’. Kokedama is very popular in Japanese gardens.
This workshop will include all the materials you will need, and our in-house experts will guide you through all the steps to create your very own Kokedama.
Light refreshments from the Fernery restaurant will also be supplied. Please indicate when booking if you have any specific dietary requirements.
