Join us for Sunday morning Strala yoga led by SJ Griffiths in our plant-filled paradise.
Strala is a fusion of yoga, tai chi, & shiatsu. You’ll be guided to move through flowing routines and breath-body connection.
It’s not about the 'pose' because Strala is for everyone even if you can't bend past your waistline. The only rule is moving where it feels good to move and where feeling good is the goal.
What other goal is there other than feeling good?
SJ will help you fall in love with your journey of yoga so you leave your mat relaxed and ridiculously happy.
