PART-TIME BAKER

We need a baker for between 16 and 20 hours a week to create a selection of homemade cakes, pastries and quiches for a busy restaurant at the highest standard.

 

There's no evening work but there is occasional weekend work.

 

Hours and pay to be discussed on interview. Food Hygiene is preferred but a course will be supplied. Previous baking experience is essential.

COMMIS CHEF

We're looking for an full-time Commis Chef for our busy café restaurant.

We pride ourselves on using local and fresh ingredients.

Responsibilities include food preparation, baking cakes, quiches, and assisting with busy lunch and selected evening services.

Shifts to include evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will be a good team player, enthusiastic about food and creating/presenting food to the highest standard while helping to maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment.

FRONT OF HOUSE

We need a full-time Front of House to be the face of the Fernery.

Leaf prides itself on customer service and this is an important role in our busy café restaurant.

Shifts will include evenings and weekends with a working week of 40 hours.

The ideal candidate will be a good team player, and prepared to do that bit extra for our customers.
