FERNERY BREAKFAST

AVAILABLE MON-SAT 9-11 am SUN 10-11.30 

GRANOLA & YOGHURT  (V)             

Greek yoghurt with fresh seasonal fruit, honey and granola.

PORRIDGE (V)         

Porridge cooked in almond milk and a touch of cinnamon, topped with seasonal fruits and honey.

BREAKFAST ROLL

Choice of egg, bacon or sausage.

AVOCADO ON TOAST (VE) 

Served with roasted vine tomatoes a wedge of lime and rocket. Choice of white or granary bread. Add a poached Local Yolks egg, crumbled Feta cheese, bacon or smoked salmon.

 

CREAMY MUSHROOMS ON TOAST  (V) 

Cooked slowly in cream and fresh thyme, finished with nutmeg. Served on choice of white or granary bread.          

 

POACHED OR SCRAMBLED EGGS ON TOAST  (V)      Local Yolks eggs on white or granary toast, add some smoked salmon.              

                      

SHAKSHUKA (allow extra time) (V)                                                 

Baked Local Yolk eggs in a homemade spiced tomato sauce, topped with Feta cheese, fresh chopped herbs and extra virgin olive oil. Served with sourdough bread.

 

CREAMY BAKED EGGS (allow extra time) (V)                      Baked Local Yolk eggs in a creamy spinach base topped with melted Cheddar cheese, a dash of nutmeg, freshly chopped herbs and drizzled with basil-infused oil. Served with sourdough bread.

TURKISH EGGS (allow extra time) (V)

Two poached Local Yolk eggs on a bed of Greek yoghurt, homemade spiced tomato sauce, fresh herbs and a homemade salt mix. Served with sourdough bread.

 

SMOKED SALMON SPECIAL                                                      

Toasted sourdough bread, cream cheese, sliced avocado, topped with smoked salmon, a Local Yolk poached egg, roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs and finished with a sprinkle of paprika.

Choice of white or granary bread. Served with Netherend Farm butter and marmalade.

TOASTED TEACAKE (V)

with local Netherend Farm butter and Wilkin and Sons jam.

Join us for a homecooked festive meal using the very best of local ingredients. We have a three-course set menu for just £29.95 per person. This is available  from 6pm-10pm on Friday and Saturday in December. Please, book 48 hours before dining and note there is a £15 per head deposit, payable on booking. Call 01452 830118 to book.
